Harmony

Overview

Harmony is a caregiving support platform to assist families and in-home caregivers of individuals with long-term conditions. The goal is to streamline caregiving tasks—such as medication management, mood tracking, and journaling—by providing accessible, intuitive tools to reduce the burden on caregivers. This project highlights my skills in full-stack development, UI design, and collaboration in building a fully functional application.
